Current Regulation Data

All establishments where gaming is conducted and gaming devices are operated, as well as all manufacturers, sellers and distributors of gaming devices, are required by Nevada state law to obtain a gaming license. As of fiscal year 2006, there are 2,977 active licenses issued in the state.
